 Shipping & Return Policy For Shipping Within The United States.

 We ship via USPS unless a different method is selected at checkout.

• Transit time is generally 3-5 business days. 

• Processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Our shipping cut off time is 12pm EST for same day orders unless product is on backorder. 

Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO: 

 We ship to these area using USPS standard or Priority mail.

 Please note that weather delays may occur and USPS does not guarantee or reimburse for deliveries delayed due to weather.  Changes to your order prior to shipping: Please call 1 (631) 777-6746 to speak to a team member to confirm the change.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Shipping Insurance + Lost / Damaged Package Coverage!

Hemmfy is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

How to use your Route insurance:

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Return Policy Intent:

This policy is for customers who have received damaged or incorrect shipments from manufacturers. All products on our website ship directly from the manufacturers and/or authorized distributors. Customer must notify Hemmfy of incorrect/damaged shipments within 2 weeks of delivery"

Returns: Acceptable Reasons

We will accept returns for the below list of complaints and/or issues. 

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Wrong Strength level received
  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received

Refund Policy Abuse:

Any attempt to abuse our refund policy will result in a denial of service. Your account will be blocked from ordering from Hemmfy.

General Refund / Replacement / Return Policy

In the event your items are damaged, incorrect or sent to the wrong address we will provide you (1) of the following options as a resolution; at the discretion of our team: 

  • Refund for the product(s)
  • Replacements for the product(s)
  • Credit on your next order(s)
